1. Do you offer COD (Cash on Delivery)?

As of the moment, I am not offering COD. So you need to pay the total cost of your order including the shipping and handling fee before I ship the package to your preferred address.

2. What are the payment options available?

I accept payments via bank deposit (BPI Express and Unionbank), PayPal, and money remittance services such as LBC, Palawan Express, Western Union, MLhuillier and Cebuana.

3. How can I be sure that the products you are selling are authentic?

4. How long will it take for my package to arrive?

Expect to receive it within 3 - 5 business days. The LBC tracking number will be given to you once it has been shipped.

5. How do I track my order?

Just enter the LBC tracking number given to you and click on the track button.

6. Can we just meet up at a place near me?

I only do meet ups at SM Bacoor from Monday to Friday between 2PM and 7PM.

8. Why are you selling Luxxe products below the Suggested Retail Price (SRP)?

A lot of sellers will tell you that if you see Luxxe products offered below the SRP, it is fake or expired. However, there are also sellers, and I am one of them, who choose to sell them below the SRP because that’s the fastest way to sell our products online. Besides, as a FrontRow member, we are entitled to 50% discount on all Luxxe products so earning a few hundreds pesos for each of them is not a bad thing at all.

FrontRow prohibits their distributors from selling Luxxe products on, and other online selling websites. There have been numerous complaints from customers purchasing Luxxe products from the aforementioned websites.

Fake Luxxe products may be contaminated or contain the wrong or no active ingredient at all.

Consumers must be careful in buying health and beauty products. Purchase only from authorized distributors of FrontRow products.
